Return receipts by e-mail are working again
If required, an e-mail can now be sent to the e-mail address we have on file as a return receipt after the items have been returned. Please make sure that your e-mail address is up-to-date in our system and is able to receive e-mails.
However, you should also check that the returned media are complete and that the shelf has recognized all the media.
Please place reserved media on the first gray shelf next to the stairs after returning them.
And please return damaged media to the service desk for repair.
